What is the timeline of Virtual Tiger Gala?
Online Silent Auction: Bidding opens on Tuesday, April 20 and closes on Saturday, April 24 at 7:00 pm (MST).
Online Live Auction: Bidding opens on Friday, April 23 and will close during final bidding of each package during the Live Virtual Gala Program.
Virtual Gala Program: On Saturday, April 24, the event opens at 7:00 pm (MST) . Please join early to test your technology set-up, and place your final silent auction bids. The Silent Auction will close and our virtual program will start at 7:00 pm (MST).

The Online Silent Auction will kick-off on Tuesday, April 20 and close on Saturday, April 24 at 7:00 pm (MST). Please register now to ensure you receive all the messages about bidding.
Can anyone participate in Online bidding and Live Event?
Yes! Everyone is invited to join in on the fun. Purchase your virtual ticket and once you register, you will receive messages about how to bid online and join the live event. The Tiger Gala will be live-streamed. Links will be sent out to your registered e-mail account. Please login for the event on Saturday, April 24 at 7:00 pm to check your sound and video capabilities and enjoy the program.
How will I get my winning bid items after the Tiger Gala?
In the interest of public safety and health, pick-up dates and times will be scheduled the week after the gala via SignUpGenius. We will contact all winners by email after the gala with all pick-up details. Visit the auction page to sign up for a pick-up time.
How can I give to the Tiger Gala Direct Appeal?
The Tiger Gala Direct Appeal will take place this year as part the gala virtual program, on Saturday, April 24. However, you can also donate now on our gala website.

Why can't everyone attend?
Due to COVID-19 and City and State health and safety restrictions we can accommodate a small number of guests at the Omni Hotel in person. We know that our first choice is to be in-person and believe this hybrid option allows us to be together at least in some way. Let us pray for the continued end to this virus.
